I have 13 books down the left side of Epubor Ultimate v3.0.11.1025. I drag a book that has already been converted to the right side of the window, select it, right click, and select Remove Selected. It removes it from the right window but leaves it in the list on the left. How do I remove it from there?

I re-installed the version 1.24… from the Epubor Ultimate app. After starting the Kindle app I went to the tools menu and brought up the registering page.The page keeps on flashing approx. every 5 seconds. It will not accept my user name or password.
I re-started from zero a couple more times, same thing.
What to do ?

I bought a lifetime license. I have had several reformats of my system and need a new unlock code. And this probably won’t be the last time
I am getting ZERO response from tech support. Chats aren’t answered, Tickets don’t have numbers, emails are never answered.
I payed ahead in good faith and would like that good faith to be respected
